Ingredients
 

  • 1 ¾ ounces London dry gin
  • ¾ ounces lime juice
  • 1 ounce grenadine
  • 1 medium egg white
  • cherry for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 coupe glass

Method
 

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for about 30-45 seconds.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
