Mango Passion Fruit Gin & Juice

Extra dry gin and triple sec liqueur complement the fruity fresh notes of passion fruit and mango. Topped off with refreshing fizz of lemon-lime soda!

Ingredients
 

  • 5 oz mango juice
  • 1 ¾ oz passion fruit pulp
  • ½ oz triple sec liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz extra dry gin
  • lemon lime soda
  • handful mint optional for muddling (see blog post) or for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 2 rocks glasses
  • 1 muddler optional

Method
 

  1. If muddling mint, add the mint to the cocktail shaker and muddle well.
  2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except for soda (mango juice, passion fruit pulp, triple sec liqueur & extra dry gin) and shake well.
  3. Divide equally between 2 rocks glasses filled with ice, top off with your lemon lime soda and garnish with mint leaves!
  4. Enjoy immediately to get the most from your soda fizz!
