Mango Passion Fruit Gin & Juice

Extra dry gin and triple sec liqueur complement the fruity fresh notes of passion fruit and mango. Topped off with refreshing fizz of lemon-lime soda!

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 2 rocks glasses
  • 1 muddler optional

Ingredients

  • 5 oz mango juice
  • 1 ¾ oz passion fruit pulp
  • ½ oz triple sec liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz extra dry gin
  • lemon lime soda
  • handful mint optional for muddling (see blog post) or for garnish

Instructions

  • If muddling mint, add the mint to the cocktail shaker and muddle well.
  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except for soda (mango juice, passion fruit pulp, triple sec liqueur & extra dry gin) and shake well.
  • Divide equally between 2 rocks glasses filled with ice, top off with your lemon lime soda and garnish with mint leaves!
  • Enjoy immediately to get the most from your soda fizz!
