I'm Ainseanlea!
Welcome! I'm Ainseanlea (pronounced Awn-shun-lee). I'm the cook, baker, recipe developer, and photographer behind The Stush Kitchen - a place for bold flavors, thoughtful technique, and dishes that taste even more amazing than they look on the table.
Here, you'll find elevated, from-scratch baking recipes and cooking recipes made to be shared, shown off, and remembered.
How it All Started
During the pandemic, I dug into a long-time favorite hobby - cake decorating. I was sharing extravagant cake designs on Instagram like this hanging cake I put together in just about 2 hours for my brother-in-law's wedding (seriously)! My experiments with flavors, techniques, textures and finishes drew ooh's and aah's of a small audience.
Cakes eventually led to other desserts, then savory dishes, then full meals. What began as baking for the love of it slowly became a growing recipe archive built from real testing, real feedback, and a genuine desire to help home cooks and bakers recreate standout dishes with confidence.
That collection became The Stush Kitchen!
